WFTFCU’s 24 Hour Telephone/Audio Response System is simple to use and gives you freedom to access account information (for checking accounts, savings accounts, Certificates of Deposit, loans) and transfer funds, all you need is a touch-tone phone. The convenience of 24-hour banking, 7 days a week, absolutely FREE!

Just call the 24 Hour Telephone Banking line at 800-233-4540 and follow the step-by-step instructions. When you call, all you need is your account number (shown on your account statement or loan payment coupon) and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). As a security measure, you will be asked for your zip code. You can use the same PIN for all of your accounts.
